Concrete Maintenance Systems uses a 6 step process for crack repairs.

FlexSeal, our crack repair product, is used to create a strong adhesive bond with concrete. It also creates a waterproof seal and remains flexible so it expands and contracts with the movement of the concrete.

FlexSeal^™  is a flexible, high build waterproofing filler for interior and exterior concrete surfaces of residential, commercial, industrial and high-rise buildings. It cures to an elastic, seamless homogenous layer which is positively bonded on the substrate to permanently seal cracks and crevices while withstanding everyday stress and movement of the concrete. It is based on a very elastic polymer providing excellent flexibility and resistance to harsh environmental elements normally encountered in tropical climates. The product contains no bitumens, asbestos or asphalts which deteriorates in time. For lasting effect, the preparation and application of this product is highly specialized.

The product is paintable and repairs are textured to blend with the texture or pattern of the deck or surface being repaired.
